Chris is an emerging leader in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and exit planning ecosystem, focused on helping privately held business owners unlock tax-efficient liquidity while preserving independence, culture, and long-term value. Based in Miami, Chris is rapidly building a national presence as a trusted advisor to founders evaluating alternatives to private equity and strategic buyers.

With over 15 years of experience spanning business development, corporate strategy, and fiduciary wealth management across the U.S. and Europe, Chris brings a unique combination of relationship-driven deal origination and technical financial expertise. He holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation, a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, and an MBA with honors from California Lutheran University’s School of Management.

Chris is an active member of the Exit Advisor Alliance and is involved in the upcoming launch of the Exit Planning Institute® Miami chapter in 2026. He lives in Doral, Florida, with his wife, Dionne, and their two children. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and getting on the tennis court whenever possible.
